Things that happen almost every session of the game:

    Dealer will get multiple (3-6 in a row) Blackjacks.  Odds of getting 4 in a row is 4.2%. Odds of getting 5 in a row is 1 in 4,200,000.   5 in a row has happened several times.  
 

  7 out of 9 times if I start with 13, I draw a 10 on my first card. 6 out of 9 times if I start with 11, the dealer gets Blackjack.  Of the 3 times on average I get 11 and the dealer gets no Blackjack, 2 out of the 3 will get a 1 or 2 when I try to double my bet.

Dealer almost never busts. 
 

Things that happen every 2-3 sessions: 

  Dealer beats me by 1 every single hand that it wins on. It will win more times than I will and beats me by 1.  Of these times it beats me by 1, 75% of the time it will get 21 when I get 19 or 20. 
 

Dealer will tie with me 4-5 rounds in a row out of 15. It’s almost always when I get 20 or Blackjack. 
 

The reason I think these are glitches is because when I increase my bet, these behaviors occur more frequently. Also, there’s no way to prove this game is fair because of the nature of it so if a glitch did exist, we can’t verify it anyway because the way to check ends up being just a glorified transaction history.  This means that if people report it to the support staff, we have no proof until after the fact so they just think we are sore losers and tell us what gambling is and ignore us.  

So what do you think?  A glitch or just bad luck that has occurred every single time I play?

Support as we know doesn't seem like they can do anything except read from a script since they replied with advice that clearly showed they didn't even read or look at what i provided for them. So after this being the second time i lost a larger bet because of this bug and them doing nothing. I think it is very un professional of them to blow this off, people spend money to play fair games and so for them to not care that their games are broken is retarded. but i reported this the first time it happened and nothing was done to fix it so hopefully this time they will take it seriously.

Currently the dealer always has 100 cards. But so far he has shuffled like 12 decks and played them all nicely. But now he shuffles them up to 100 cards. Why has this changed now?

I personally play alone to avoid other people misplaying and the frustration that ensues .  

What are your thoughts?

This 2 tip help me in my play.

1. Never take insurance or even money.  So when the dealer’s up card is showing an ace, you should not take insurance. Instead, you must proceed with the round.

2. You should see your hand as a “hard total” and then keep playing based on the rules if you’re playing a hand and using a basic chart of strategies that tell you to split the cards, but then you’re not able because of the limitations in splitting. So for example if you’re dealt with 2 threes but then unable to split your cards, then you should see your hand as a 6 or 3+3. Using the basic strategies chart, in this case, you need to “Hit” if the dealer’s up card is 2. 

Aside from getting a hand as close to 21, your main goal is to beat the dealer’s hand, as in that way you can take the money home. However, you should be wise and concentrate to the cards of the dealer – as well as understand what these cards mean and what they actually carry.

So without even saying, wise players should also know where the dealer and the house might have an advantage over their hands – and that’s a powerful skill that you can learn and master to improve your playing experience and probability of winning.

I see that many new public tables have been recently added in Dealer Blackjack but this means a dealer like me are now generating much less than I used to.

As such, I am hoping you remove some of the single-seat public tables that are not used that much to hopefully drive more people to use my table.
